1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing anbagusvitechnologies.com (the "Website") or downloading, installing, or using the RideOn mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or App.
2. Description of Service
Anbagusvi Technologies provides embedded, Bluetooth/BLE, WiFi, and automobile engineering services, and develops the RideOn App — a companion application that pairs with a compatible BLE-enabled vehicle module to provide secure, password-authenticated keyless access, proximity detection, and related connectivity features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal authority to use the vehicle or hardware you pair with the App, to use the App.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for its intended purpose of connecting to and managing a compatible vehicle module. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the App or its underlying software.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- keeping your device access password and master recovery key confidential and secure;
- ensuring your mobile device's Bluetooth and permission settings are configured correctly for the App to function;
- using the App only with vehicle modules you are authorized to access; and
- any activity that occurs through use of the App with your credentials.
6. Vehicle Security Notice
Important: RideOn is a convenience and access-control tool that relies on Bluetooth connectivity, environmental signal conditions, device battery levels, and correct pairing/bonding to function. It should be used as a supplementary security measure and not as your sole means of protecting a vehicle against theft, unauthorized access, or damage. We recommend maintaining any existing physical or mechanical security measures alongside the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website, the App, and all related content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Anbagusvi Technologies or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 4.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
- use the App to access a vehicle module you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the App, the Website, or the systems they connect to;
- use the Website or App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and App are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Bluetooth connectivity will be available at all times or in all conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anbagusvi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, vehicle access, or vehicle security, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website or App — including losses resulting from Bluetooth connectivity issues, forgotten or compromised passwords, or hardware malfunction of a paired vehicle module.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anbagusvi Technologies, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Website or App, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time, including by uninstalling it from your device.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Website or App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
